Roaming Dialling Assistant

Service Overview

The Roaming Dialling Assistant is a service that guides roamers when they wrongly dial numbers while roaming. The service consists of two applications: Wrong Dialling Notifier and Wrong Dialling Corrector.

The Wrong Dialling Notifier notifies inbound roamers of wrong international number dialling with the correct dialling. When an inbound roamer connected to the operator’s network dials a wrong prefix for international calls, the service will send him an SMS notification inviting him to correct the prefix by providing the right prefix.

The Wrong Dialling Corrector allows correcting the wrong number automatically on the fly and seamlessly according to specified rules predefined by the operator.
